The competition site and the city centre of Bordeaux are easily accessible from Mérignac International Airport.
One hour's flight from Paris
Each day, the Air France shuttle offers 15 departures in the Bordeaux - Orly direction and 15 in the other direction at a rate ranging from 30 minutes in the morning to every hour in the afternoon.
Six connections in both directions also connect Bordeaux to Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport.
 
101 direct destinations served in high season by 28 scheduled airlines. With several direct long-haul routes, Bordeaux airport provides direct access to many cities:
- Amsterdam
- Madrid
- London
- Lisbonne
- ...
The other destinations are accessible via four major European connection platforms or "hubs", served from Roissy Charles de Gaulle.

SNCF GARE SAINT-JEAN
Every day, the Saint-Jean station receives 260 trains including 25 TGV Bordeaux / Paris-Montparnasse round trips, 4 Bordeaux / Lille round trips, 2 Bordeaux / Strasbourg round trips, 200 TER (regional express train) connecting the regional capital to all the towns of Aquitaine. High Speed Line (LGV) South Europe Atlantic, Océane, puts Bordeaux at 2:04 from Paris.
